[ISLAMABAD]: PM Khan has issued a directive to take the necessary management measures to trim the prices of the vital product.
PM Imran Khan chaired a high-level meeting to mix steps for lowering the costs of essential goods. During the meeting, the society’s low-income was primarily influenced by the hike in the cost of flour.
He said that the federal government is totally centred around giving help to ordinary people and that it will ensure concrete steps are taken to reduce the prices of essential goods.
The Prime Minister has asked the relevant authorities to finalize the recommendations without ensuring that they are effective.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Khan decided to disband the market committees of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to control rising inflation in the country.
The Prime Minister decided to disband Punjab and the KP’s Mayor’s Committee after receiving multiple complaints of wrong governance and corruption.
The meeting was attended by ministers of government and representatives of all provinces. The prime minister was briefed on the prices of essential commodities. A report on measures taken in terms of taxpayers and nationwide beneficiaries was also presented at the meeting.
