Pakistan today hosted a successful Training Launch of Cruise Missile IA. This Missile has a range of 450 kilometers. The Babur Cruise Missile is capable of making targets on Earth and in the Sea with high accuracy. The Babur Cruise Missile lunched from the state of the art Multi Tube Missile Launch Vehicle.

The Training Launch was witnessed by Dr Raza Samar, Lieutenant General Muhammad Ali, Chairman NESCOM, senior officers of Strategic Plans Division, Commander Army Strategic Forces Command, Army Strategic Forces Command, Scientists and Engineers of the strategic organizations.
The President of NESCOM highly appreciated the training standards and operational readiness of the Army Strategic Army, which was reflected in the skillful handling of weapon systems in the field and meeting all training parameters.
He also appreciated the contributions of scientists and engineers to improving Pakistan’s strategic capabilities.
The President, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Prime Minister of Pakistan, and Services Chiefs have also congratulated the participating troops on the conduct of a successful missile launch.
