On Monday evening Twitter has lift the restrictions that it had allegedly placed on the coverage of India’s farmer protests, a local fact-checker who initially reported the development. [Karachi]

Twitter’s alleged blocking of coverage around growing farmers’ protests in India earlier caused an outcry online to restrict access to major accounts, including those of posts, actors and respected left-wing politicians.
